Robert Half is urgently seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk. This Accounts Payable Clerk part time role is located in the Molino, Florida area and will be a short-term contract to full time position. The Accounts Payable Clerk matches and batches code invoices, resolves A/P issues, processes expense reports, updates and reconciles sub-ledger to G/L, and processes checks.How you will make an impact- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Carry out additional tasks as assigned- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Produce full-cycle A/P- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners
